If the location is in the design phase, the assessment takes place in two stages: project review and on-site inspection. If the location is already built, the assessment is carried out in a single stage: on-site.
The technical visit is conducted by architects who are specialists in accessibility, along with people with disabilities.
The Guiaderodas team offers technical support through consultations and guidance on all accessibility-related issues. The manager of the location undergoing certification can access a dashboard to monitor the performance of activities and track goals.
To empower people to improve everyone’s experience, employees are invited to participate in the do "Guiaderodas Accessible Attitude Training.”

To enhance organizational engagement, Guiaderodas holds a meeting with leadership. During this session, participants are informed about the company's or enterprise's performance in the Guiaderodas Certification process, and accessibility is presented as a strategic advantage for the business.
