The Ideia Boa para Todos 2025 event, held by Guiaderodas, brings professionals together to advance the importance of accessibility

September 19, 2025 – The third edition of the annual event “Ideia Boa Para Todos” (A Good Idea for Everyone) took place, organized by Guiaderodas with the support of AMCHAM, CBRE and Botmaker.

The lunch brought together executives from Facilities, Real Estate and Sustainability, with the aim of encouraging accessibility practices in corporations, sharing news on the subject and recognizing the professionals who stood out in implementing the Guiaderodas Certification.

According to Felipe Giuliano, director of CBRE, the corporate real estate market is seeing increased demand for accessibility to attract tenants.

For Thiago Baptista Silva, CFO of Anbima, which had both its Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo offices certified by Guiaderodas, accessibility within corporations should not be a one-off event, but rather a journey of continuous improvement.

The Guiaderodas Certification goes beyond a technical checklist. Its methodology combines a detailed assessment of the physical space, the lived experience of people with disabilities, staff training for an accessible attitude and a leadership commitment to continuous improvement.
