This document contains the Privacy Policy (“Policy”) of Guiaderodas Desenvolvimento e Pesquisa Ltda., a limited liability company registered with the CNPJ/MF under No. 24.248.241/0001-12, headquartered in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, at Rua Escobar Ortiz, No. 544, Apt. 40, Vila Nova Conceição neighborhood, Zip Code (CEP) 04512-051 (“Guiaderodas”).
Its purpose is to explain to you, in a simple, transparent, and objective manner, the guidelines adopted for the protection of Personal Data collected and stored by Guiaderodas directly via its digital platforms (applications and websites), in compliance with applicable legislation, particularly Law No. 13.709 of August 14, 2018 (the “General Data Protection Law” or “LGPD”).

Whenever you encounter a capitalized term in this Policy, it indicates a term with a specifically defined meaning.
References to the terms “Guiaderodas,” “we,” or “our” refer to Guiaderodas; likewise, references to the terms “you” or “your” refer to You.
This Privacy Policy applies to all Guiaderodas users in Brazil. We collect your Personal Data whenever you access or use the Guiaderodas Platforms.
The practices described in this Privacy Policy apply only to the processing of your personal data in Brazil and are subject to applicable local laws, particularly the LGPD.
To make this easier to read, we have divided our policy into several sections: (i) important definitions to help you understand the Policy; (ii) the data we may collect, how we collect it, and the purpose of such collection; (iii) the processing of data regarding minors; (iv) how we use sensitive data; (v) how we protect your data; (vi) potential data sharing with third parties; (vii) Guiaderodas’ statements regarding data privacy; (viii) external links; (ix) storage; (x) your rights as a data subject; (xi) contact information for the Guiaderodas department responsible for data protection; and (xii) Policy updates.
National Data Protection Authority (ANPD): The body responsible for overseeing and guiding the application of the LGPD, as well as for imposing administrative sanctions in the event of a violation of the law.
Legal Basis for Processing: The legal grounds that authorize the processing of Personal Data; examples include your Consent, the need to fulfill a contract we have with you, or compliance with a legal obligation.
Cookies: Small files transferred to your browser or device (such as a mobile phone or tablet) that allow us to better understand how you interact with Guiaderodas platforms. They can be useful for, for example, adapting the website to your mobile or computer screen size, saving certain access preferences, and offering you a more efficient service.
Consent: A free, informed, and unambiguous expression by which the Personal Data Subject agrees to the processing of their Personal Data for a specific purpose.
Data Controller: A person or institution, whether public or private, responsible for making decisions regarding the processing of Personal Data.
Data: Refers, collectively and without distinction, to Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data.
Personal Data: Any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, whether directly or indirectly.
Sensitive Personal Data: Personal Data concerning racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, health or sexual life, or genetic or biometric data.
Data Protection Officer (DPO): The person designated by Guiaderodas to ensure your rights are upheld and to answer questions regarding the processing of your Personal Data.
Purpose: The reason why Personal Data is processed, or the objective intended to be achieved through the processing of the Data. Processing: Any operation performed on Personal Data, such as: collection, production, receipt, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, deletion, evaluation, information control, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.
Guiaderodas Platforms: The Guiaderodas website, the Guiaderodas application, and/or other Guiaderodas platforms that may be created.
Data Subject: The owner of the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data; the natural person to whom the personal data subject to processing refers.
User – Any natural person who uses the Guiaderodas Platforms.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “User Data” refers to data processed in accordance with Applicable Law, all of which is obtained directly via the Guiaderodas Platforms.
With the User’s full and unrestricted consent, Guiaderodas processes the following Data:
(a) Data provided by the User: email, password, name, date of birth, wheelchair usage status, presence or absence of physical, hearing, visual, intellectual, or multiple disabilities, and whether the person lives with someone who has a disability; and
(b) Data automatically collected by Guiaderodas: location, access IP address, URLs and screens visited, time spent in a specific section or page (of the app or website), and accessibility ratings for locations and comments made by the User.
Guiaderodas may also collect User Data via cookies to improve the browsing experience. The data will be stored in the User’s browser indefinitely, and only the User may delete or edit such data. The User may, at any time, block certain automatic data collection technologies via their browser settings. In such cases, some functions offered by the Guiaderodas Platforms may cease to operate correctly.
In general, we collect, use, store, and process your personal information to: (1) provide our services and develop new services; (2) understand the preferences of our social media users, tailoring content to better meet their expectations; (3) communicate with you; (4) keep our records up to date; (5) enable the use of our Platforms; and (6) facilitate your participation in our events.
The Sensitive Data collected by Guiaderodas is provided by the data subject with their free, express, and informed consent and will be used exclusively to improve the Guiaderodas User experience. Guiaderodas does not commercially exploit its Users’ health data and does not share such data with third parties.
Guiaderodas treats all data collected via Guiaderodas Platforms as confidential. Therefore, such data will only be used in the manner described herein and as authorized by the User. All data collected on Guiaderodas Platforms is used to improve the Guiaderodas User experience, for which the User provides free, express, and informed consent.
The User is responsible for safeguarding their login name and password and must avoid using passwords considered obvious, such as birthdays, names, or numerical sequences. If the User suspects that their password has been compromised, they must change it immediately via their registration page.
Guiaderodas makes every effort to ensure the security of its systems regarding the storage of such data, including: (a) using standard industry methods to encrypt and anonymize collected data; (b) using technology to protect against unauthorized access to our systems; (c) restricting access to data storage locations to specifically authorized personnel; and (d) requiring that anyone coming into contact with the data commit to maintaining absolute confidentiality. Any breach of confidentiality will result in civil liability, and the responsible party will be prosecuted in accordance with Applicable Law.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the internet is never entirely secure; however, we make every effort to ensure that data transmission to our site remains secure. We take all precautions and follow best practices to protect your data and ensure it is not misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, or altered.
When Sensitive Data—particularly health-related data—is collected, the information will be processed exclusively within Guiaderodas, strictly for the purpose of providing our services and for internal use only. Should such data be disclosed, it will undergo an anonymization process to dissociate it from the data subject.
Guiaderodas may transfer Data in an anonymized form—rendering the identification of the data subject impossible—for research purposes in partnership with academic institutions and/or for the presentation of reports to clients during the Guiaderodas certification process.
Guiaderodas may transfer Data to companies contracted under its management and responsibility for specific marketing purposes, ensuring that:
All data processed by Guiaderodas regarding its Users is limited to the minimum necessary for the provision of our services and is used exclusively for internal purposes. If necessary, we will retain such information in our database securely and only for as long as required.
All individuals associated with Guiaderodas are aware of this Privacy Policy, and only authorized personnel may access the data, subject to legal penalties.
Guiaderodas uses such information solely for the purpose for which it was collected, disclosing it only pursuant to a court order or a request from the User to whom the data belongs. Guiaderodas requires all its business partners to guarantee the protection of the data described herein whenever sharing is necessary.
The Guiaderodas website contains links to other websites over which we have no control. Therefore, Guiaderodas is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party websites, and any access to such websites is at your own risk.
The User acknowledges and agrees that Guiaderodas shall not be held liable for any losses or damages (whether direct or indirect damages, lost profits, liquidated damages, or fines) arising from or in any way related to the User’s access to or use of any third-party website.
We suggest that Users always review the specific privacy policies of any website before providing their personal data or information.
We will retain copies of your information for as long as you have an account or for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, unless applicable law requires a longer retention period. Additionally, we retain your information for the time necessary to establish, exercise, or defend any legal rights.
As a Data Subject, you have various rights, including:
(a) confirmation of the existence of Processing;
(b) access to the Data;
(c) correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated Data;
(c) anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed in non-compliance with the provisions of this Law;
(d) portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request and in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, subject to commercial and industrial secrets;
(e) deletion of Personal Data processed with the data subject’s consent;
(f) information regarding public and private entities with which the Data Controller has shared Data;
(g) information regarding the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of such refusal; and
(h) revocation of Consent.
In the event of requests for Data deletion, Guiaderodas will use its best efforts to fulfill the request within the shortest possible time. However, such deletion will also remove the User’s account from the Guiaderodas Platforms, and the User will no longer be able to access them.

Guiaderodas will make every effort to fulfill such requests as quickly as possible, while always complying with applicable law. In some instances, requests for deletion may not be fulfilled immediately due to legal requirements.
The Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time and will be made available on our website. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice to Users.
If changes are significant—particularly regarding how we use your information—we will communicate directly with you about them and, where applicable, request your consent again. We also recommend that you review this document periodically to stay up to date on any specific changes.
If the changes to the Privacy Policy are unacceptable to you, you will no longer have access to our website, application, and/or other platforms.
